Wow! My job has basically destroyed my "peak week" plan! There had been talk of a move/promotion in the works but I thought it would be in a few weeks....NOT!!!!!!!!! I got promoted and moved at 3pm yesterday!!!!! Went most of the day without eating and came home totally spent. Today was much better, except for a major accident on the highway which made my evening commute 2 hours long(thankful I wasn't involved). So got to the gym really late...it was really crowded and I was really tired.

We just had to use what was available. New Year noobs all over the place! Quick workout..maybe just over 30 minutes.
