Well today was somewhat of a wash. Turns out the girl isn't as into the plan as I thought. And we had it out, and I almost lost her. I'm so glad I sacrificed a day in the gym to be with her. We came to compromise that she is first, gym and training second. I can do my thing, but I cant expect her to be exactly what I want, and do what I am doing. She is happy with who she is, and I couldn't love her more for that.

I'll modify the plan a bit, to make more time for the two of us...but will go to the gym, and have 4 solid training days during the week. I'll also do more of my meal planning and prep when she isn't here, as opposed to have her bored on her iPad when I am doing this stuff.

SO...no workout today, and pizza for dinner. I made her happy, and will just work it off tomorrow. She is more to me than a barbell ever will be.

Same routine tomorrow as Monday. I won't post every little thing, unless something is different, but will probably just summarize it all into one daily post.
