The biggest thing the Crew (Namely Brian as he rear spots me) keeps telling me is to really tighten my upper back and to sit back. Form doesn't have to go down the toilet on heavy work, which is really when you need good form the most. Just become a form freak Rich - that is what will help you hit big numbers. Your form is already really good on squats - just keep it going and progress how you see fit. Take vids as often as possible.
