It's good, thanks for asking. It's not a chronic sort of pain or an injury, it's just whenever I squat it seems like my groin takes to longest to recuperate and ends up just hurting the more I use it. Annoying when you're trying to use it 4 times a week haha. I was pretty happy as well after I was done and actually went to write down the weight and had to add it up.

Rope Pull Ups...On the fly made up because the gym just got in some big 2 inch diameter rope. Felt like it'd help my grip, hands were fried afterwards.
