Tuesday Conditioning-a little weird
Started off like a normal conditioning day
6 sprints x about 50 yards
Least amount of rest possible
Went inside and got out my old Total Gym-that thing you see on infomercials, but I really like it.
Did 2 circuits of 10-12 reps each
Rows-neutral then regular
Arm Circles-forward and backwards
This was intense, my upper body was burning all over. And I blew up, I have not done this in a long time. This is how I started, with this machine and it did wonderful things for me. I highly suggest it. I may use this more often for conditioning work
After this I did some assisted pistols a couple triples on each leg. I really think my low back issues are from imbalances. I am going to start doing more single leg work and things like zombie squats. I think I twist when I squat, which is probably terrible for my back.
