all those guys do are dips, pullups, muscleups, and variations all the time and are pretty damn big. My cousins friend used to do 1000 dips a day, he had a massive chest and arms. Herschel Walker didn't lift weights and he is big/strong.
I am sure their diets are less than optimal as well.
