Ok, back to regular scheduled programming...
Strength is back about 80%.
My chest is about 105%
My last two workouts have proved it to me.
I can now do deep incline DB fly with 100's
Consistant superset from db fly to incline bb @ 225 x 10
Bench is 405 x 6-8 (10 with spot)
I'm very happy with that, now i just have to get my other bodyparts up to 105%
