First time loading the big wheels just over 14 week from surgery. It was light, some pulling in chest, but too be expected. Tris are pretty sore today, and my work capacity keeps getting better. Going to stick with 10 rep sets untill at least 225x10.
Great work JB! Won't be long til your loading up all the big wheels again!!!
