stretches, band warm ups, wall push ups, dumbbells, OHP with dumbbells.
Seated dumbbell shoulder press
Band tri push downs avg band
3x15, hold for 2 count at bottom each rep
3x10 seated vpulls
3x10 incline rear delt
First time loading the big wheels just over 14 week from surgery. It was light, some pulling in chest, but too be expected. Tris are pretty sore today, and my work capacity keeps getting better. Going to stick with 10 rep sets untill at least 225x10.
