Monday Juggernaut Cycle 3, Bench
Felt pretty good today, I was sore from strongman, but this cold is almost gone. My appetite and energy really came back today.

Awesome session today, a lot of my accessory work is being done either as a circuit or back and forth with a minimal amount of rest.

Carb backloading is going well, I am getting the hang of it. I just need to make sure that I really crush food at night time. I am having a shake immediately post workout with protein, creatine and carbs. Then I try to get 2 really high carb meals in before bed time. I am going to monitor my weight closely.
