No. Only supplements I take are Whey protein and fish oil. I have given thought to BCAAs as I know others use them and swear by them, but I really don't know much about them. I guess I should do a little research. Thanks.
I'd have to be pretty convinced though as I'm not looking to add anything to the budget unless I'm pretty sure it is worth the cost.
