Day #1 -
I'll try being as up to date as I can, detailing every thing I do and eat. Will keep editing one post throughout the day..
So far today :
Cycle 5 miles at level 1, heartrate above 100 bpm, RPM above 90, about 21mph.
7:45 A.M. - Drink aminos(Aminos and Alcar) with the following pills:
(1) Dexaprine - Fat burner, appetite control.
(4) Raspberry Ketones 2g total - Just taking them to get rid of them. Maybe they will do something.
(2) 7-Keto 1g total - Again, just to get rid of them. My girlfriend thinks they will help, and they were free from other purchased stacks.
9:00 A.M. - Aminos(Aminos, Citruline, GPLC) with Multi-V, Fish Oil, and other supps.
10:30 A.M. - Aminos(Aminos with Alcar) and 2 Tbsp Peanut Butter
12:30 P.M. - Aminos(Aminos only) and 2 Tbsp Peanut Butter
1:30 P.M. - 6oz ground beef, mixed with red sauce. seasoned with spices + protein shake(milk and water mix).
3:00 P.M. - Dexaprine w/water
3:30 P.M. - 1 Slin Sane and 2 Salvia caps - These are GDAs(Nutrient Partitioners)
4:00 P.M. - 6oz Grilled Chicken and 1 cup rice pilaf.
4:30 P.M. - Pre-Workout Drink - Aminos, Citrulline, GPLC, Alcar - Also taking one Primatine tab for breathing support.
5:00 P.M. - Head to gym. Intra drink of Aminos.
6:40 P.M. - Protein shake w/water
7:30 P.M. - 1 Slin Sane and 2 Salvia caps
8:00 P.M. - 4 eggs, 3 sausage links, 2 slices bacon, 1.5 cups choco milk.
9:30 P.M. - 5 caps Somnidren GH - Sleep Aid, GH precursor
That's it for one day worth of eating on MWF. I'll post up a similar line-up for tomorrow to outline Tu/Th.
