Deadlfits

Spent the 1st half of the day snow tubing for 4 hours. Then snuck these deadlifts in at Southside, inbetween helping set the gym up for a meet, lol

add 2" deficit
185 5X5
add belt
225 5X2

Real quick pull session while moving benchs, platforms, etc, lol
