Sunday Strongman
Still fighting off a cold, but I slept in and felt pretty good. So I got a good session in. Log felt a little off, but still hit my numbers.

Log Clean and Press
105x2x5
145x4, 3
195x3
210x1
220x1
235x1
245x1
195 x 4 sets x 3 reps
The back off sets felt awesome! 235 felt very off, 245 went a little better. I have been wearing elbow sleeves and I am not sure I like them. I feel like they slow me down a little, but they do make my elbows feel good. Just gotta get used to them

Farmers and Keg Medley
-done like a shuttle run, farmers, run back, get keg run to farmers
Farmers 160 x 60 ft, ran back for keg
Farmers 210 x 60 ft , keg x 60 feet
Farmers 210 x 60 ft, keg x 60 feet, back forth
-2 runs with each implement x 2 round
Farmers x 160, keg x 60 ft
-2 runs each implement for speed

I hope that was not confusing, just think of it like a shuttle run. This was very difficult, felt like I was gonna die after these

Finished up with
Hang Snatch 95 x 10
Done, no more energy.

Feeling good right now, hopefully this cold is gone in the next couple days.
