Thanks for the thread Btb!

Here's a short version of what happened...
Made weight, a lot less than i planned...259, so I dropped my opener just to be sure as I heard how strict NASA was on depth.

Sq: 418..only good lift/ 424 red lighted on depth, apparently i wasn't deep enough/ 424 again, bar slips of back.

Frustrated but whatever, squats aren't my strengths soooo i know what to bring up.

Bench: 352, 363, 391...speed was insane...have vids of these. Confidence is balling!!

Deadlift (time to save my total, KD aka Richard came by and said you have got six hundo in ya)
Opened at 500...cake walk
551...another cake walk...
600..speed was fast, crowd roars at the speed of the lift! All time PR gym/meet!

1409@259 raw, is a good starting point for this year!
