Had the day off today, was feeling kinda bored so I decided to hit the gym. I been playing with upper body assistant work and havent really figured out what I could or should do so, I threw in some things that Jim Wendler recommended for Bench day. Had a pretty good workout, liked the feel of the assistant work.
