Weird session. Discovered more about what makes me have really good or really bad squats. Its the "chest out" command, and that ties directly into how i hold my air. Started the session just trying to focus on where i was holding my air, since it made such a huge difference last squat session and squats felt terrible. Lol. Everything was heavy! Then i had to troubleshoot for a bit and figure what was going on. Started getting my chest high before unracking the bar and things started improving. Had to drop weight and work back up on the low box, but it turned out ok. Hopefully next session will be better.
