I thought fun in the gym was forbidden Thanks guys. I was referring to the icon, the best ever!
Keeping it light on compounds and focusing on assistance work, paying special attention to my 'core' region or whatever the buzzword is these days as I feel it is weak. Adding chins or pulls almost every training session to bring my back up to pace. In about 5 weeks I will end the calorie deficit and go back to heavier compounds.
