On the sleep topic I probably average 6 hours sleep at the moment with maybe a nap on weekends. When Mini first arrived I was setting lifetime PBs on 2-3 hours sleep. I remember the first time I ever repped 180kgs on squats was after 3 hours broken sleep. I will say that I tire more quickly when I have that little sleep so anything other than the main lift was a struggle but I stuck at it and I think that's most important: even if your lifting does become sub par, you know why. Just keep lifting.
