Mean ugly grinder,depth was a touch too high for my liking.
These next movements I havnt done in forever,and didn't go to failure on.
Very shaky leg presses,can't walk
Leg curls 4x10,hams are toasty
B/O BB rows - 275 x6. Rep PR,lower back is burning. Dumbell rows next time.
Calf/Ab/Rotator work and I'm done
