great day today increased weight in a few excercises and gained reps in a few, so over all a good day...
one of the fire fighters that workout at teh same time as me asked me today if i was Special Forces.....lol, i had to laugh and asked him why? he said cause i used to see you in here all the time and then you where gone for a while and now your back... i figured with the beard you must be SF, and had been out on a mission.... funny stuff!!!
