Friday Quick Workout
I have to work tomorrow, so I decided to get a quick session in today. Nothing serious, did some zombie squats, I like them but I need a lot of practice.

Just worked on form, and explosiveness. Felt good.
These were cool, really opened my eyes. I will start to do them more, I think I like them better than front squats. The motion felt more natural. It opened my eyes to movement patterns, I think I may have a slight twist in my squat, which probably is affecting my low back. I think the zombie squats could straighten that out.
Overall fun session, hopefully I do not work a full day tomorrow. Sunday I am going to sleep in and do some strongman training. I am fighting off a cold, some I am pounding the emergen-c love that stuff.
