Combination of high rep/volume body building style weight training, cardio 4 days a week for 45 min. (treadmill: 15 incline, 2.0-2.4 speed, 130 heart rate), and of course the most important thing...DIET!!! 11 weeks ago I was very unhappy with myself, so I contacted Dan Saxton and he has helped me all the way thru with diet and training. I haven't touched (bread, cookie, ice cream, cake, ect.) in this full 11 weeks!
