Ye, no sign of upper back going and no stress on the lower with the upright torso. Quads and lungs were hit hard though.

I do enjoy biking but it only takes a short distance for the lactic acid to start building up. 40 inches is about right ye, it will certainly be on camera and be one of my proudest lifting achievements ha.

Dead. Back feel goood, just a quick 20 mins in and out.
Finished with abs back at the flat. Playing around to see what feels like it might work. Negatives only seem to make sense without the wall otherwise I just drop to it but I am not confident to try a full range.
