Decent session tonight. Felt good to do some reps. Plan now is to do some bench and squat singles along with more some form of deadlift on Sunday, then going to get into the gear next week in prep for the Cube which will start the week after. Going to pull to a max in the suit on Tuesday, bench in the shirt on Thursday and then squat in suit bottoms and wraps on Sunday. I also think I'll be back on CBL soon. Feeling bloated and struggling to get enough food to feel full with lower fat and higher carbs. Will weigh in on Monday and update from there.
