I will wear my squat briefs on fridays, raw squat on mondays. As far as a bench shirt, it will be several months. Thinking I am going to stick to doing sets of 10 reps untill I can do 275 or so for 10. Then I will start with some 4-6 rep sets. It will take months before that is going to happen though.

Haha yeah I told him I had been doing some light stuff. He said he would normally keep people coming in until 9 month mark, but I obviously had done my research. Just told me to do what I am doing, be smart, and let it take as much time as it needs to gain strength.
