JB'S OLD SCHOOL SEMESTER 7 DAY 4 BACK ME
Well, rack pulls were definitely a no-go tonight. As it turned out, even light speed pulls were not going to happen. I could barely get 135 off the floor LOL. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out my Facet Joint has popped out again. Hopefully I can get in Friday to see my physiotherapist David so he can fix the collateral damage from last week's war.
Thus, rather than leave the JimGym with nothing accomplished, I decided to try my hand at squats and do triples ramp up style. Lower back was mostly OK up until the last set and then it started to squawk. Quite happy I could at least squat up to 3PPS.
I may have to rest up the lower back this upcoming week, as it may take David a couple or more treatments to fix me up. If so, I'll do some light deload stuff, and then start week 8 off fresh. We'll see what happens tomorrow.
