Not sure if i played it smart or panzied out, but i didnt lift heavy tonight...

Did a ton of stuff with the mini band and helped with board work. I would say i'm running at 85-90% right now. The question is to squat heavy tomorrow or sub in leg presses this week? I definately want to put in work, and theres no reason i cant hit the leg press hard. I'll probably start working up on squats tomorrow and just see how it treats me. If it hurts i'll shut them down and just put in hard work on the machines...

And maybe i'll hit a set of 50 just for BTB. Lol
