Bench Day

Today was a light bench day, I will take a weight soon to see where I am at, I am honestly not expecting much but we will see. Anyway I benched to an easy easy triple with 2 chains just to keep in the bench groove. I then hit up chins and 1 arm BB rows. I started late and did not have enough time to train squats or the associated muscles, will hit that hard tonight for sure. I did do some GPP type stuff but it was nothing.

Bench Day 10/1/13

Bench + 2 Chains

1x3 75kg
1x3 85kg
1x3 90kg

Chins

1x8 BW
1x9 +5kg
1x7 + 7.5kg
2x6 + 8.75kg

1 Arm BB Row

4 sets to 1x10 37.5kg (+20kg Bar)

Leg Curls

2x25 ss Split Squat 2x15
