^ One clean, followed by multiple presses.


Two-Hand Grenade Pulldown, Straight Arms: 3 sets of 10 with 90


Reverse Curl w/ Fat Gripz: 1 set of 9 with 60

Bench Press, Paused: 3x2 with 225, 2x2 with 240, 1x2 with 255, 2x2 with 240, 3x2 with 225

^ This was a monster pyramid, culminating with two singles with 255, along with plenty of higher rep sets, before 225 on the way up, and after 225 on the way down.


Deadlift, Paused Below Knee: 5 sets of 4 with 410 (no belt)


Face Pull, Seated, Rope w/ Fat Gripz: 10,9 with 85


Lateral Raise, Machine: 6,5 with 140
