thanks Squatter, but im still not anywhere near the condition i was when i left Kuwait back in the end of Aug.... but one day at a time, and it will come....

here is a 475lb pull from that time frame... i also pulled 495 two weeks after this one, but didnt get a video.... i do however have a video of a fail 500 lb pull
