I probably didn't eat enough fat.
I can cook, but usually prefer non-healthy ways to make food taste good.
So my picky ass fails at most diets.. I was brought up eating meat and potatoes. Veggies were never there, same with spices and healthy flavors. I try to eat that now, and I gag and get sick. I'm doomed. lol
