My cable weight seems light weight but my lat tower is smooth but makes weight feel heavier then it is.

Over all very happy since I have not lifted heavy for a month.
Great workout Chad! Had to go to the "other" place to watch the vid . Way to power through and get that last rep! Any reason you wear gloves? Congrats on the big PR!!!
