Today me and Dylan both got to the gym late so we kinda just had a do what we want day and it was fun and full of PR's!

340 failed those 5 extra lbs felt like 100

Squat

Been low carbing since the beginning of the week and lost 2 lbs already I feel great too no crash at all. I have my macros now at 65% f 30 % p and 5% c
