Just manhandled deadlifts today. First time in 4 months. I can officially say my lower back is 100%.
I could have repped my max set for 2-3 more reps if I wanted took. Stayed on the side of caution.

225 x 1
315 x 1

495 x 1
585 x 1
585 + 60lbs Chains x 1
585 + 120lbs Chains x 4
Need to adjust chains yet. Top end weight was probably 650-660ish because some chain was left on the ground.
Either case this was strong.
