Strength is on the incline but honestly my physique is on the decline. I know some people dont care about how they look in the off season and its all about the stage and blah blah, but i have a wife that i like looking good for so i believe it time for me to harden up a bit! I still have some visiable muscualarity but i don't want to have to look for it, i want it to jump out at me!
I can understand how you want to keep that in some what control. I am sure mentally its really hard to look in the mirror when you have been as lean as you have been.
