First, great PR. When you start hitting rep PRs in the 4 or less range, it normally means a nice gain at the end.
Form wise, it looked like you might be flaring your elbows just a little too soon. That very well be from fatigue. No lift off really makes it hard, to be able to stay tight the way you do without one is something I could never accomplish. i get 225 lifted out to me
