Did some rehab warm ups

50 curls, 50 standing dumbbell presses, stretches, arm windmills (front and back)
3x10 wall push ups. Moved back a little farther this week.
Layered some ice hot on my peck

Bench
2x20@bar
1x20@65
1x15@95
1x10@115

Of course the weights were light, but chest went fast. I should expect that, but I didnt. Started to get tired, and I am not to the point were I am willing to push it.

3x10 dumbbell skull crushers
3x10 curl then OHP with supra curl bar.

Nice little Bi/Tri pump. Good progress for 14 weeks
