Great workout considering my lower back injury.
First time doing Bench and Mil Press the same day. Had to drop Mil Press 5 pounds
Also had a workout partner for the first time, which helped, hopefully he will be a fixture...but we will see....
Anyway, it was just great to be able to lift!
