Looking much fuller and more vascular than Saturday. The slight increase in carbs(up to 225grams) seems to be the ticket!!! This is the home stretch, just 10 more days!!!!!!
Gym was ridiculously crowded!!!! I expected this but have never seen it this bad...could hardly find a place on the floor to lift!

Nice short workout. Strength feels really good considering so close to show.
