First day off boat. Slept an hour after working late shirt last night and then stayed in bed with the wife all day.

285 x5 (255 + chains on each side for 285 total). This was just feeling out the chains will work these in more later

This all took an hour even .
I was going to do some single leg squats but chose to stop here and add them back in Monday before I go back to work.
Over all not bad concidering no rest and all the time off . Will live to lift another day
