Bench/Squat Day

Shitty night of pressing tonight, I have started a slow recomp and have dropped my food intake just a tad. Well as usual my pressing strength is on to my plan and its not happy! LOL Plan was 8x4 with 225, a weight I can usually dominate with no troubles for 5s, I tanked out on set 5. What a fucking joke. This week is supposed to be my 2nd week of the 3 week cycle, and every set has been way harder than it should have been, it definitely did not help that the cycle was interrupted by the 5 day break for a holiday either. Anyways needless to say I think this cycle is in the toilet, gonna keep with the recomp for a bit but up the cals just slightly. Iíll also draw something up for the next cycle. Iíll keep the militarys and might add floor presses in as they usually help me. Anyways I did box squats after with no gear at all to a max and then backoffs. Squat feels strong right now, shoulda put my belt n wraps on last night and gone for broke.
