All muscle . No, a mixture, my belly is growing but my shoulders and back are bigger than ever so I'll take it.

Pulled pork tonight . Ye, incline is my light variation anyway, should help increase my right shoulders mobility too.

08/01/13 Back & Abs

BB Corner Single Arm Row Thing DB's in gym are tooooo light.
50kg x 8
60kg x 8,8

Lat Pulldown
61 x 15,15

Neutral Grip
47 x 16

Ab Wheel
50inch standing partial
BW x 10,10

Full ROM from knees
BW x 20

Not bad, back is pumped.

Will increase the standing partials gradually and hopefully finish with full ROM for reps.

Tough getting used to cycling everywhere, my thighs are insanely pumped.

Super feast time!
