Barbell Rows - 70kg x10, 80kg x10, 90kg x8.
Dumbbell Rows - 40kg x10 (4 sets)
Hammer Strength Shrugs - 130kg x12 (3 sets)
I was disappointed with the 190kg deadlift as it wasnt even close. 180kg flew up and could possibly have done a double.
