255x5 - can't find my groove today, not concentrating or something, coming forward on toes etc,
255x5 - still not feeling crisp, actually not feeling good at all, not worth doing crappy reps and risking something
power shrugs - try and pull to belly
Was an off day on the squats for me, I should know by now that I can't kill the PR's every week on the squats. The form just wasn't happening tonight, so I just dropped the weight and focused on reps and form.
