I didn't notice any extra from squats if any... Now on Box Squats I did.. Painfully so... Basically once I did those I was done for the day. Once the pump wore off I was good.. Next time I have Box Squats and take a Pre-Workout. I'm going to leave them for last. Maybe per-exhaust the legs with Leg Curls, Calf raises and etc.....Get the pump going to the legs first, before the low back gets hit.
I have taken it on many Deadlift days without any lower back pumps.
