Not that I noticed. I did all PL workouts with it. I never tried a BB style workout with it yet. It does have a few things in it to help increase the pump, but there isn't much. It's more of a instant boost of energy. Literally under 10min you can feel it.
Thanks for the info. I get back pumps from squat singles from some pre-workouts.
