Wow Ravi - a triple, well 3 of them, double, and single at 430. I'm hoping to just be able to single that soon. I can appreicate how tough it is though as tripling 390 was tough enough for 3 sets.

How do you feel form is holding up for 3 sets? My form usually gets better as the sets wear on. I assume it's pretty darn good as you never mention it. No news is good news sort of speak!
