Nice work. Your deadlifts look effortless. I have effortless envy.
As for strongman, I am incling into that area too. My current thinking is to keep the powerlifting cycles intact, but add in some strongman specific event training afterwards as conditioning and extra work on the main muscle movement of the day, ie. squats or bench, or deadlift.
Would love to hear you thoughts on it though.
