One arm db press:
same reps on each arm
ran out of dbs, felt pretty easy
cg nuetral grip chest press machine thing:
did some band pull aparts didnt count nor do i care about sets
Conditioning-Stepmill of suck
speed intervals-12 minutes

I about quit after 6 mintues because I was dogging it so hard. I am in terrible shape, lol
Made the trip down to train with the strongman crew. Didnt get a chance to do much else other than deadlift as I still want to rest my wrist.
Rack pulls(from just above knees):
Watch a guy yank 1k from here. It was the death of a lifting strap, but pretty impressive
Did some hammer striking and jumps onto a tire and some axle floor press, but nothing worth really noting and then left.
Walk 5 minutes on treadmill
Lots of mobility stuff-I was super tight today
Notes: I had my kids with me so had to keep this one short. Squats where really easy, which is odd because I looked at the numbers and kinda had that little negative feeling in the back of my head. Very happy with todays workout and cant wait until its time to smash next weeks squats.
I finally came down with the bug my family has been passing around, but never got to me. Before work on Wednesday, I got in a short upper misc workout. Its not anything worth logging, but here it is anyway.

*This was when I realized that I was getting sick. I couldnt catch my breathe after this set at all. This isnt normally a weight that would cause any problems, so it was odd and memorable.
Hang clean and strict press:
*Clean once and press for reps. Wrist still isnt quite liking the clean yet. I will wait until Feb to try again.
Rear delt Flies:
Notes: I got called into work about 30 minutes prior than I expected to be. I had to cut out all my brocep curls Terrible workout was terrible and I still feel awful as I type this.
Due to this stupid cold I am going to have to skip deadlifts for the week and start my realization week with squats on Tuesday.
